KUALA LUMPUR: MGB Bhd has completed the topping-out ceremony for Pangsapuri Saujana Indah in Molek, Johor Bahru, marking the completion of the project's main structural works and bringing the developer closer to delivering its first high-rise development in Johor.

The project, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM437 million, comprises two 37-storey residential towers offering 988 units. Tower A features 393 units, while Tower B comprises 595 units, with built-up areas ranging from 590 sq ft to 863 sq ft.

Pangsapuri Saujana Indah is MGB's first high-rise project in Johor and its inaugural development in Johor Bahru, expanding the group's presence beyond its existing markets.

Designed for modern urban living, the development offers a range of lifestyle and community facilities, including a swimming pool, children's playground, multipurpose hall, surau, barbecue area, fitness zone and gymnasium.

The development also features an outdoor recreational park equipped with a running track, aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles and community interaction among residents.

MGB group executive chairman Tan Sri Dr Lim Hock San said the topping-out milestone reflects the commitment and collaboration between the project team, consultants, contractors, suppliers and business partners.

"The completion of the main structural works is a significant achievement and brings us closer to delivering the homes that we have promised to our purchasers. It reflects the dedication, coordination and professionalism of our project team, consultants, contractors, suppliers and business partners," he said.

Since its launch in 2023, Pangsapuri Saujana Indah has received a strong market response, with all 988 units taken up.

Lim said the full take-up demonstrates buyers' confidence in the development's strategic location, practical layouts, comprehensive facilities and value proposition.

He added that MGB remains focused on maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship as the project progresses towards final completion.

"We are committed to ensuring that the remaining works are carried out efficiently and responsibly, with the objective of achieving a smooth and timely completion for homeowners," he said.
